Shipping policy

Porsche Shop Kitchener-Waterloo  is pleased to offer a selection of shipping options within Ontario, Canada. Purchasing and shipping outside the province of Ontario, Canada is not currently available. Complimentary local delivery is also offered within a 20km radius of Porsche Centre Kitchener-Waterloo.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimated and dependent on product availability. Delivery within the estimated timeframe is not guaranteed as order processing and fulfillment might be affected by unexpected delays. Porsche Centre Kitchener-Waterloo does not currently offer same day shipping or pickup. An email notification will be sent out once your order has been shipped or is available for pickup.  

Shipments will be delivered to the main entrance / front door of the ship to location unless noted otherwise in your order. A signature will not be requested unless specified in your order.

For out of stock items an additional 3-14 business days will need to be added to your estimated delivery for restocking. If the product has been discontinued a full refund will be provided.
